This
is a militar area near the center of Angra dos Reis.
Although swimming here is not allowed, one can delight a
calm atmosphere in the most charming place along
Estrada do Contorno. The contrast between the imponent
militar building and the wild forest produces a beautiful
landscape. Worth visiting and taking a photograph

There
are two daily ceremonies : when the national flag is rised,
punctually at 8:00 AM, and when it is finally stricken at
5:00 PM. However, these are short ceremonies, lasting no
more than 10 minutes each
