This is the most popular beach along Estrada do Contorno (the narrow road that leads up to many of the most beautiful places of the region). It is not so far from the center of Angra dos Reis and regular transportation is carried out by the bus company Senhor do Bonfim. Take the line Center -Vila Velha, leaving from the bus station, or have a pleasant walk there if you prefer (distance : aproximately 3 kilometers).

You can find many bars here , some of them offering gratis music shows.
This is one of the most popular places among young people during the summer.
